Am I at home?
A house is the totality of the “material context” of a person’s daily life. A home is a place filled with things, lights, sounds, and smells, where an intimate family story grows or a single person’s life story unfolds. The house sets boundaries between man and the rest of the natural world, protecting man and allowing him to realize himself as something else, opposed. The house is, first of all, the territory of the familiar. A system of symbolic practices develops in the house, which defines the subject and his life world in everyday movement. And the house needs the body and consciousness of a person to acquire the status of eventfulness and axiological fullness, i.e. to become a place of fulfillment of man and the world.
